I understand the birthday party package I am purchasing, what the package consists of, and what I am responsible for providing. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all of Willow Oak Farms' Party Policies.

* Once booked online, your date and time will be reserved. The total you are authorizing today is the full balance of your birthday party package and any additional add-ons you have selected. If you choose to cancel your party within 30 days of the party date selected, you will recieve a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit included in your transaction today.
*Please note our birthday parties take place under our outdoor shelter, which are covered and protected from the rain. However, we understand that rain does affect the children's ability to play on the outdoor play area and possibly partake in the wagon ride and visit with the animlas. If it rains on the day of your party, you can request to reschedule your party for another day and time that is available.
* However, if you choose to cancel your party, it must be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of the party, in order to recieve a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.

Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in the agritourism activity.
